Our Terms and Conditions

"By making a purchase from from our online gallery at www.artasiaphilippines.com and directly from the Artasia Fine Arts Gallery, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them cerefully."

Purchasing items

When purchasing items from us, please be aware of the size, material and artist/creator stated in the write up. The word “Enamel” refers to the coating of an artwork, because we use this innovative finihing technique fairly often in our artpieces due to its high demand. The written prosework or write up is an artistic interpretation of the piece done by our journalists and writer’s club. It is not and should not be treated as a formal trait description, but it is based on the esteemed opinions of established art critics in the Philippines. Please remember these purchasing terms because they bind us (you-the buyer and us-the seller) and are to be treated as a contract between both of us.

Shipping policy

We ship using the fastest courier possible (if not indicated otherwise). We don't ship using slower, cheaper methods in order to guarantee the quality of service our customers are expecting.

There is always a possibility to pick up the item in our standing Artasia Gallery at the SM Megamall Building A, 4th Floor Artwalk (Philippines), thereby removing shipping costs, but the buyer must notify us before the actual purchase (thru-email or telephone) that he or she will be picking it up at the gallery, so we may refund the shipping cost selected and charged in the online order.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns, in the exception of damaged artworks during shipping. Clients should contact us with visual evidence sent to our email at most 3 days after they receive the damaged art piece.

Problems during shipping
 - Should there occur any problem with the piece during shipment, this is to be reported to us within three (3) days of receiving the item. It is important not to exceed this time frame as it is set by the shipping companies' strict policies. When sending a complaint, please attach photos of the item and package so we may also assess the problem.

FAQ Section

Works
1. What do we mean by "edition" or limited edition?
We refer to an edition as the number which shows how many of the same pieces exist in the world. (An "Edition 12/40" means that the work is the 12th out of 40 limited editions.) Limited edition works mean that there were a certain number of those pieces created, but after the number had been reached, whatever mold used to create them was permanently disposed of.

2. Are any of these artpieces from the secondary market (for example, second-hand)?

No. All artworks exhibited here are from primary galleries or come directly from the artists themselves.

3. Can I avail of an unlisted artwork by an artist whose other works are on currently being exhibited?

We may be able to arrange your order. Please feel free to contact us through our email: curator@artasiaphilippines.com

4. I’m still making up my mind on whether to buy this artwork or not. Can you reserve the piece for me?

Unlike in a standing gallery, we cannot reserve artworks exhibited online. We recommend that you purchase any works that may interest you before they get sold.
